Director of Operations
Job Summary
Company is looking to hire a Director of Operations that will oversee all internal and Production operations.

Essential duties and responsibilities
-Define and drive release process into production
-Define and implement monitoring strategy
-Define and implement security and encryption strategy
-Responsible for compliance on the IT side
-Formulate long-term objectives and standards of performance for the department
-Manage the Operations teams
-Budget management - hardware for production as well as personnel
Qualifications
Required
-Minimum BA in CS plus 10+ years experience as an Ops manager responsible for production level SAAS product
-Experience in low latency architecture
